    This person comes across as a scam artist, sending items with deceptive labels ("Italian design") and packaging the item like a complete amateur (arrived broken and the varnished wood covered in sticky packing tape). The next part: they offer a partial refund (50%) knowing you don't want to go to the trouble of repacking and returning the bulky item. Lastly, seller sent me a reply meant for another customer, very abrasive and confrontational. I should have canceled right then.

    Great machine

    I had an R 1800,and I loved it.Only problem was the ink didn't last.The 1900's print quality is just as phenominal.Refillable inks should take care of the ink problem.Love it,love it,love it.I love the fact that I can print on so many different media.
