Seller requested pictures so he could file a claim with FedEx & promised a replacement. I knew it wasn't refundable, but he offered a replacement. I wanted to work with Mike (seller) & get this resolved. I hate to leave negative feedback, but this seems like a raw deal. Thank God it was only $60, it could have been worse! Please keep in mind, Ive been on Ebay since 2010 with 100 percent feedback. Shannon
