    1. This item allegedly sold is not accurate. The seller never sent this item but another lesser item not of the same specs or model. 2. shipped in a dilapidated Amazon box with no protective wrapping and no cushioning in the box or proper taping. Laptop was literally sliding freely in box. 3. Refunded immediately on being notified of wrong item without requesting it. 4. Refused to ship the item purchased and instead reposted it immediately under another item number. Caveat emptor!!!

    Sorry for the issue. You were completely refunded price plus shipping and told to keep the laptop as a nice gesture. Even after admitting my mistake and apologizing numerous times, you had proceeded to tell me what to do. No, I don't take orders from you, as you are not my boss, especially after refunding you. You continued to harass me about the matter so I told you to take it up with eBay support and chose to ignore you. You have your money back. Buy something else, elsewhere. Sellers beware!

    Bought this as a gift for my Granddaughter and she loves it. Perfect size and long battery life makes it easy to keep track of this 15 year old and she keeps contact with all of her friends. LOL.

    Battery is the worst

    The phone is a nice cellphone- The only major issue that I have with this particular phone is it’s batter doesn’t last nearly as long as Most other brand name phones do!! I have to charge it way more than Any cellphone that I’ve ever had - At least 5 or more times a day easily!!!

    Good for its price

    It is a good product according to the price. However, I was not expecting scratches on the corners and some dirt inside the lightning and headphones connectors. Also on a little part of the screen. It works fine, but I was a little disappointed when I saw those little things. Anyway, I can't complain because it was really cheap.
