    The product is great. Customer service? Not so much. This item was inaccurately listed with a 12ft cord (which is what was needed). Seller corected listing and sent a replacement cord but the replacement cord is only 10ft long. Additionally, the replacement cord was not sent in its original packaging and, as such, there is no way to verify its electrical capabilities. Poor customer service :(

    Good unit but one drawback.

    Nice unit. The controls are located on the top front of the unit which is very convenient. Being a 3 way (LP gas, 120 volt electric and 12 volt electric) is very nice. It is easy to switch between power types. The unit comes with an interior light which is a nice touch and the electric igniter seems to work well. It also has adjustable legs for easier leveling. You do have the option of changing the door swing if you like. The biggest drawback is the fact there is no temperature control. It is preset at the factory. I did a test of the unit and found it can get down to 25 degrees which would ruin my temperature sensitive medications. Overall, it is a good unit when you want portable refrigeration.

    Be sure it is level.

    It is very temperamental about being level. If it isn't working, best to check the level of the unit.
