I plugged an old, used one into a Windows 10 machine. It recognized it. It moved the mouse pointer, but I do not know how smoothly it will work. I doubt that Kensington maintains drivers for Windows 10 and 11, so Windows 10 might be using a generic driver.

Big & clunky! Good for monster hands.
Big and clunky. Scroll ring is garbage. This trackball would be good for a monster with big hands and fingers who doesn't need a light delicate touch or fine resolution working with documents and images all day long.

Absolute best
Love my turboball. The scroll ring is absolutely perfect. I;'m on my second as I wore out the first. Took 10 years, but I did wear out one. So glad I was able to find another. Regular mice just won't do anymore.
