Not a thing wrong and took about 15mins to build with power tools. It doesn't rock like my last chair but is soo comfy and sturdy. Figured the casters would be the week link but boy was i wrong... smooth as butter gliding along my floor. Pricey but worth it.

All parts were included inside, and the condition appeared like new, not counting the box. With the added coupon this was a great value. The only thing missing from the description on the web site was what mechanical keys where included. Mine were Red. The quality in my opinion, you just can't ask for better without paying a lot more. The delivery time was spot-on. I recommend seller.

Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.
