I purchased a center console from you last week, and not only have I received nothing but useless AI auto-replies instead of real support, but when a package finally showed up, it contained a worthless junk jumpseat instead of what I paid for. This is absolutely unacceptable. I did not spend my money to be ignored and then sent garbage I never ordered. The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.

    The part fit good and received it fast but console was not how I expected it to show up had a big crack in the back lid didn’t open none of this was mentioned in description and was filthy and covered in glass I get they come out of wrecked trucks but you could’ve blowed it off or attempted to clean it a little I recommend buying form someone else I messaged them sent pictures of how i received it haven’t heard anything back
