    I will never knowingly buy from this seller again because of the way they handled a sale that went awry. I purchased a locomotive that was listed as new but obviously wasn't. I contacted the seller on this &, after initially being unresponsive (possibly not their fault), they contended throughout that the loco was new & would neither consider a refund nor a return. I filled a complaint with eBay and they decided in my favor - on return delivery confirmation I was issued a full refund by eBay.
