    The seller refunded my purchase because they arrived with a completely broken display tray. After receipt of the broken container, I messaged the seller, and they replied very quickly offering refund or replacement. They were shipped with UPS which is usually better (on rough treatment of packages) than USPS, but since this one didn't have any bubble wrap or cushioning material it arrived with the clear plastic in broken shards.

    Brushes are small not like picture/False Advertising

    I purchased the double trouble brushes and in the picture they show full size with a nice size zip case. I was highly disappointed the zip case is Tiny and not at all like the picture and the brushes are travel size very small. Waste of money and the brushes seem very cheap and hard to use since they are so small! Waste of Money Very Disappointed! Picture in my hand is full size brush compared to their travel size brush notice the size difference?!
