    One of the best compressors out there for insert compression.

    The beast is super clear and it's punchy and having gates on every channel is a big plus. linking stereo channels is really nice. I think the best thing about it is that it takes ups so little space, and compared to a set of quad compressors racked up it generates very little heat and the built in fans are really quiet. When you have a rack of VGA compressors in the summer it's gonna get broiling hot working next to them. Anything with a CPU will most likely get melted down next to them. with the ACP-88 it's not even a concern.
