Catalytic converter was fine still in the plastic sealed but box was toast and the hardware was missing. When i messaged them they responded right away and sent me what was missing real fast. Could not ask for a better seller and the Quality looks real nice . When I sent that part back, the seller deducted $30 from my refund, claiming the part was damaged or did not arrive back in its original condition. I was furious, but the seller did make it right & I did get the right part after reordering, which my mechanic installed.
