When we pointed this out to the seller, they stated that we should have ordered 3. We asked for the free 3rd torch to be sent out only for the seller to reaffirm that we should have ordered 3. The easiest outcome would have been to send out 3 initially, or to send out the 3rd when requested. To be fair I should have read the feedback, which has many negative reports. A classic example of a seller trying hard to get it wrong...
