They offered to send photos and/or I may cancel. I chose to cancel with a total refund. I was extremely impressed and grateful for their honesty and excellent business sense. All I can say for the packaging is that it worked. My opinion was that the box was too small and the coat was crammed into it. As to shipping time, we ordered two coats from two different vendors within minutes of each other. Both had the exact same estimated shipping date.
