I did not care about the wear and tear. The only thing I cared about was if the laptop turned on and off, can it connect to the internet and it ran well which it does. Camera is decent but could be better for video chat. Only thing this is a Chromebook so you are limited with gaming and all that but I am I happy with this purchase.

It's perfect for using it at work or at home. It does come with a power supply mine didn't work but that's okay with me, I'm a tech savvy guy so I'll just put a new end on it and have it good as new. No I didn't reach out because I can fix it myself. Laptop was very affordable so it's perfectly fine with me. Awesome seller highly recommend, I will definitely be buying another one for work.
