Emergency! Zakor has betrayed the newly agreed upon treaty and is invading the Capital Starport. You must return to outer space and defeat the traitorous Zakor and his army. Fight with courage and strength, but be careful to conserve your energy because Zakoran ships patrol the seven star portals.<br><br>Star Voyager is a first-person shooter that puts you in the cockpit of the Astro-Cruiser Star Voyager, a vessel capable of firing lasers and photon torpedoes. As you fly through space, you must fire upon enemy spaceships while dodging their pulsar bombs. The instrument panel of your ship will display your energy levels, and the radar screen will help you locate enemy ships and space portals. Firing your weapons and getting hit by enemy fire will cause you to lose energy, but you can refuel by flying through space portals. The goal in this game is to destroy as many alien ships as possible so you can work your way up the ranks to become an admiral.<br><br>Star Voyager features a two-player mode in which you and a friend can team up as pilot and weapons officer. Or, if you're feeling a bit competitive, one player can take command of the Zakoran ships while the other player controls the Astro-Cruiser.
