Seller stated I could return item yet failed or refused to reply to my Email asking for the return address so I could send the item back and how much I would be refunded. Shipping was $9.99. Tired of waiting for a reply. So I am Stuck with the item.

    I bought an amplifier and received it with the speaker broken out due to poor packaging for shipping. They fought me tooth and nail to not have to accept the return and give me my refund. They basically said it was my fault and it was on me to contact ups to start a claim. I would never recommend anybody do business with this person. They’re very comfortable with ripping people off.
