    One of the best "firm" pastels for your collection.

    Any soft pastel artist needs to have some hard pastels in their collection! I recommend and use the Prismacolor Premier Color Sticks! 12 is a good start, and you can add to them when you want.

    great product

    These are my go-to pastels. They are t he vintage pastels from pre-1998. The new formula colors do not hold up under spray acrylic, like the older ones. This set was pristine, and new. never opened. I am now a very happy artist!

    Good material for straggler portraits and well any Ol thing you want to do.

    I did a portrait of a late night gas station straggler as soon as I opened these up. Right out of the box these pastels did real good!
