    Sent back both duffles in the one box, packaged exactly as the seller had sent them; but was only issued a refund for ONE bag. Contacted seller multiple times and was ignored. Had to call and speak to an eBay rep in order to resolve the issue. Initially intended to exchange bags for a smaller size. But due to total lack of communication and refund from seller, changed my mind and purchased alternative duffles elsewhere. Merch was fine, but would not purchase from seller again due to poor coms.
