This is an excellent solution for fixing an LDU without the need for a custom CNC housing. I was able to snap off the original tube using my jack handle moving back/forth with medium force so that the aluminum breaks off. Don't use the hacksaw kit method. The LDU seals always leak a little and the hack method won't stop corrosion from older small leaks or fix bearings that lost their grease...

I've done two of them so far, and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Followed online instructions, and with a couple fairly common tools and about a half hour of time (dependent on what tools you use), you have an excellent looking and working coolant delete. I highly recommend this product if you have a non coolant deleted LDU and average or above DIY skills.
