This was my first HTC phone and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It is a high quality phone with superb performance. The screen is gorgeous. The sound is of the highest quality of any of the smart phones I have had my hands on in recent time (iPhone 4S, Samsung Galaxy Nexus, Droid X/X2, and Samsung Galaxy S3). I would like to have a bigger screen than its 4.3 inch but the resolution is nice. For me the bigger the screen size the better. The only thing I would say negative about the screen is that it seemed to smudge easily compared to other recent Samsung phones (Nexus and S3). This phone is extremely fast and I had no problems multitasking. The version I tested had the 4.0.3 ICS which I am sure contributed to this being such a quality phone. Like all high-end LTE phones, battery life is a concern; the standard battery was inadequate. I then got the 3500mAh extended battery and never worried again about the battery (but it made the phone very bulky and heavy and hard to find a good case for it).Read full review
As a mid-priced smart phone this is really pretty good. I bought the extended-life battery so power isn't an issue. It might be without it though. The device fits comfortably in my hand and imputing letters/numbers in landscape orientation is easy. It's more difficult in portrait orientation. My biggest complaint is the calendar app. I have a google account and this is a google device running a google OS. I fail to understand why the app can't accurately communicate with my google calendar. I had the Motorola Droid Bionic which was worse. This device doesn't delete one event in a recurring series of events. Even though it's been deleted from the google calendar, it still shows up on the phone calendar app. I have to delete the entire event and then re-enter it starting the next occurrence. Other than the calendar app, I have no complaints at all with this device. Listening to my music with the Beats earbuds is sweet. If you don't want to spend $200 and up for a high-end phone, this is for you. It does everything it's supposed to do. Size wise it's perfect. It fits into a pants pocket nicely and is easy to hold.Read full review
Love my phone! Had to buy a another one after I cracked the screen on the first one and the repair guy ruined it. Anyway, my battery life is awesome because I always use the extended battery. The original battery which comes with the phone is not enough to keep all the apps running. The HTC sync is really annoying and for some reason I have a ton of duplicates in my music files. Anyway, the sound quality is stellar and the voice recorder is crisp! Great camera and videos, also love the storage space.
By far one of the best phones i have owned i use to have the HTC incredible and it was great for its times but now with 4G available were i live this phone was needed for faster speeds. I don't have internet at home so i use this phone as my home internet i am able to play online games on my computer with smooth connections and no time out or disconnection in any way. also the screen size is amazing, so much better to watch Netflix on this device. The HTC sense 3.5 is very sleek as well, a nice change from my old HTC.Also not to mention other great features it offers like a 2.0mp front facing camera that you can video Skype on the Verizon wireless 4G network with no problem also the 1.5 dual core processor works smooth so the the phone has no lag or becomes slow like others. One of the key features for me is being able to use it as my home internet like i mention but when i get a call if i am in the 4G network i can answer the call and still play my online games with no interruption.I work with Verizon wireless phones all day and test them side by side and by far this phone for me is the best not to mention HTC products are well made so is worth the investment.Read full review
I would recommed this phone, the price is great and it's easy to use. The only issue I have had happen twice in the past couple of months is the screen turns black and I was unable to see who was calling. I had to take the battery out an put it back in for the screen to light up again. That may have been a glitch but overall I truly enjoy this phone.
Bought a used Rezound from "accessoriesandcells" to replace my existing Rezound that had a cracked screen. Vendor was terrific. Item was clean, well packed and exactly as described. Plus it showed up from CA to NC in 2 days..for free! Was easy to synch up with my existing Verizon account/phone#. Love this phone. Screen is large, clear and bright. I'm a bigger man and I like the somewhat larger size, easier to handle and feels more solid. I keep a reubberized case on it and screen protector at all times. It is fast when on 4G, but I use a wifi a lot and it hooks up to myriad locations without issue. Camera is solid, not great, but most phones aren't (especially in low light). I do like the "action burst" mode (kid's sports). No issues with call clarity or connections outside of typical cell service (occasionally your gonna lose one), but that's not the phone..coverage area "dead zones". Battery life is ok for me. I charge it over night, and usually plug it into USB on my laptop while working off and on throughout the day. It will die if I forget to charge it after 8+ hrs. Apps are Android Market which is fine. I'm not an app junkie, but there are plenty of free options. They all have installed/uninstalled cleanly. I like to manually update rather than auto. I use the phone for work and personal so its mostly calls, text, email. Use the music a lot for working out. Hook this phone up to BEATS Buds and prepare to be amazed at the quality! Pics, some videos and web surfing round out my usage. Defintely link the phone to a Google account to take advantage of the simplicity of unified suite of storage apps (Docs, Mail, Picasa, Music, etc).Read full review
This phone is by far the best smartphone I have had so far. It is also my third HTC phone, and I am still impressed by what the company has to offer. The display is beautifully crystal clear, the speed is super fast thanks to the dual core 1.5 Ghz processor, and the photo/video quality has eliminated my need for a digital camera. The only thing I could possibly say bad about it is the battery life, but this is a known issue with pretty much all 4G LTE phones. Just buy a second battery (or an extended battery) in case of emergencies and you're good to go :)

Swapped my ThunderBolt with ReZound and NO REGRET WHATSOEVER. This phone has HUGE improvement over TB. But onr thing that You better be aware it's slippery. Buy a good rubber case or some holster or anything. You'll drop it a lot and also purchase a replacement Insurance for physical damage, cracked screen. That You don't have to worry about if You broke it some day... I ALWAYS PREFER TO USE ORIGINAL. SO HTC FINALLY MADE IT'S BEST SO FAR. I'VE USE MOTO, LG AND NO SATISFACTION WITH THEM, BUT HTC WAY BETTER THEN ANY OTHER COPY'S OR REPLICA OR GOOGLE PHONES. JUST GRUB IT!!!!! IT'S BEST ONE OUT THERE!!!!!
The HTC has a better keyboard and easy typing if needed the spell checker is better than the HTC Eris. I haven't notice any errors, I just bought it. I enjoy the market for downloading fun stuff. The icon look different than the Samsung Charge. I also like the smaller size too. I think its a little faster but who really cares, or knows. The other thing is that you can use you SIM card now instead of taking to the help support people,to switch phones without waiting for tech support. Good Job Verizon keep up the 4G , I can't wait to see how my phone will function then. Dennis
