Through no fault of the seller, the carrier took much longer to deliver this item than was expected. When it arrived, the package was well packed and intact. Item was as described. I am delighted with the purchase.
Seller was helpful when contacted about the possibility of the package having been lost, and immediately offered a refund. We agreed to wait a few days, and happily it arrived shortly thereafter.
