This is the second laptop I've purchased from this seller. The first one works fine: I bought this one for a gift to a friend. However, the seller contacted me to say the charger was unavailable and offered a $5.00 partial refund. I accepted and bought a charger from another source, but it was $20.00... which of course the $5.00 refund didn't cover. Not a big deal, but I think the seller should have offered a larger refund to fully cover the cost of another charger. Shipping was slow.
