Item arrived in great shape and well packaged. Item made it almost to my delivery hub then mysteriously started back to its point of origin, USPS at fault not seller. I reached out to seller to make aware of the situation, seller was very apologetic although not their fault and was cooperative and willing to help with whatever outcome I chose. We decided to just give it a couple days and go from there. Luckily the USPS got it together and it arrived. I would definitely use this seller again. A+
