The worst part though is seller refused to refund me unless I sent all the glasses back so that he could take them to USPS. I told him I couldn't deal with packing up a box of shattered glass and sending it. USPS does accept photos, which I sent him, but he said he "was not going to argue" about it. Unpleasant person, and bad experience.
