The delivery date was confirmed on Monday, and the delivery time was confirmed by the driver on Thursday. The driver was friendly and helpful. The box cardboard was loose but there was no damage to this metal caged scooter with appropriate plastic coverings. I was able to extract the scooter quickly and efficiently. The scooter was operational as soon as I finished setting it up. The scooter looks great, no damage, and it runs well.
