Where do I begin? The seller did not use any photos of the item to show that it was damaged, missing a piece and broken! There was LOTS of DAMAGE. I’m not sure if some of it was there to begin with or because the only packing in the box was a single piece of brown paper not even wrapped around the items. The black base plate was broken off of both of the bookends (1 MISSING). They also said that it would ship USPS Ground. Instead, they shipped it by underweight Media Mail, which is postal fraud.

Ultimately a negative experience. The seller ignored my many messages, until I left a bad review and asked eBay for help. Turns out he mailed the package to the wrong address. I offered him an opportunity to try to reach out to that wrong address person, and get the product back, and ship it to me but he had no interest in doing that. He refunded my order, but it ultimately took 2 or 3 weeks, because of the poor communication
