It would be nice if there were instructions or suggestions on where and how to get the music to load onto the player. I eventually figured it out but with it being for my parent, I am in my 60s and I am technically challenged. Otherwise it is as simple as it can be to operate.

This is a great product for anybody who suffers with Alzheimer’s or dementia or just wants a simple-to-use music player. Loading songs was a little tricky at first but not too bad once I got the hang of it. Customized playlist is awesome. Sound quality is terrific. Best of all, mom loves it and she’s able to operate the device independently! I highly recommend it!

I I haven't been able to load any songs. Trying to get songs to MP3 format is not easy I'm still trying to figure it out. I think if I can ever load it my friend will be able to use it.
