Seller misrepresented what was for sale and wasted my time going thru return/refund process. Item was listed as new in box and unopened, when in fact, it arrived opened and obviously repacked and taped. It was broken and I found the broken fragment laying inside the box along with 2 base stand pieces.
On top of that, it was inoperable and would mostly dispense the wrong amount of cold brew. Heater and flow metering was defective. To seller's credit they did a prompt refund.
