Trinity Universe is a Japanese-style console role-playing game with a heavy anime influence, featuring a cast of supporting characters from two separate game series of cult-classic status in the U.S. Representing the game's "Goddess" campaign are heroes from Gust's Atelier series, including the ghostly innkeeper, Pamela Ibis, and Alchemist Violet Platane. The game's "Demon Lord" campaign includes appearances by "Witch Girl" Flonne and Pirate Captain Etna, rivals from Nippon Ichi games in the Disgaea series. Trinity Universe also introduces several original main characters, which frame a deep and ambitious storyline.<br><br>While exploring a dungeon, characters can hunt for treasure using a "Search" ability to find valuable items and the monsters that may possess them. Bosses and other rare enemies can seem to appear out of nowhere, hungry for a fight, and can quickly turn the hunters into the hunted. Character management, strategy, and good preparation are important. in both exploration and in battle, but an action-oriented combat system also rewards players for stringing together combo attacks with well-timed input. Set-piece sequences test timing and precision, as players guide their characters through perilous situations. Trinity Universe uses true 3D graphics and cel-shading to give the game world and characters the appearance of a quality anime movie.

Has lots of features but the story is dissapointing.
The game is pretty fun. Over-all the plot isn't very interesting. (At least on the guys side) But the characters are funny and very likable. The game is definitely more catered to fan service. Popular characters from other games are in this one, characters such as Etna, Flonne & Prinny from Disgaea, and even Pamela from Mana Khemia are in this game. There's plenty of dungeons to explore and lots of weapon customization. Don't buy it for the story because you'll only be dissapointed, buy it for the oodles of dungeons, the killer bosses, the customization and the fan service.The game is pretty fun. A good game
I bought it because I love the Disgaea games and this seemed like a good one, the quality is nice and I love the story XD only thing I disliked was the battle controls, I was kinda hoping they would be diferent, but still a good game all in all.
