Brilliant, no nonsense seller. Excellent communication throughout, even when I requested a later delivery date, nothing was too much trouble. The guitar is fantastic, and was exactly as described. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again. A+++

Excellent experience. The guitar I bought is a very good instrument, as described. Packaging was well done. Shipping got complicated in customs and the seller responded immediately. All good.

Could not see the damage or cosmetic wear on the pictures, seems the seller didn't want to show the damage or scratches on the Lorenzo accustic guitar to get a better price. Fast delivery, description not entirely accurate. but saying that it has cleaned up nice and sounds amazing so very happy over all.

This is a low price and good condition 50+ year old guitar, sorry that you do not agree with that. Description clearly states all faults, no 'damage' was reported to us. I can only say that the guitar was described fairly as all our guitars are, I don't think it is fair or at all correct to try and imply that this was misrepresented to get a 'better price' when this low price doesn't even cover our time (as luthiers) to package and send a guitar rather than do actual work.
