This item was listed as new but dented / open box. BUT it is used and missing pizza rack. Yes I contacted seller but he said not used and i got everything....basically too bad. Lucky me we did video. But video wont upload. Please see pic of greasy basket and note no pizza rack. I would not ever recommend . Didnt even offer refund bucks for a replace rack or anything

Item was listed as: OPEN BOX, all pictures in listing show 1 spot on tray (sitting on top of oven) Pictures showed all items that were included...Basket picture shows it as a clean UNUSED basket. (look at pics in listing). You never asked for any compensation.?!!. Dent on top was advertised as such. If you did not want this, all that was needed was to ask for a return.?
