Excellent experience. I had to cancel one item out of the total pieces, the credit immediately went through, and the remaining order was perfect. The order arrived very fast and was very well packaged. I was completing 6 servings of a broken-up set of flatwear that was originally purchased probably over 20 years ago, and the ordered pieces matched beautifully.

Some Oneida, spoons were fine, but three were very dull and looked as though steel wool had been rubbed all over the spoon part. In photo, the green arrows point to the three spoons that lacked the shiny finish. The purple arrows, point to my own 44-year-old spoons, after being used on a daily basis. The orange arrow indicates one of the spoons from this order that had the shine intact.
