The items came look exactly stated in described in the photo being I would say 10/10. I didn’t have to do any cleaning up on them. The packaging was great. Also, they included the batteries in the remotes for me. The seller was great at communicating and shipped out the item quickly. I would not fear purchasing other items from this selller in the future at all

Shipped quickly, packaged carefully, working perfectly. Definitely not "new" or "open box", as parts of the original set are missing. Specifically, one of the charging cables, and one of the face plates were not included in the listing. There was never a "charge block duo" for Switch pro controllers, so these items were never part of a combined set either; they were two separate products, now with only half of the accompanying accessories included. Misleading marketing aside, at least it works!
