Bought this specifically for the fast shipping they promised. Took forever to be shipped. Seller refused to respond. I asked several questions over 7 days begging for a response on when item would arrive. I was very polite. They promised it was a 2-4 day shipping, and the item was here in 8 days. I understand sometimes things come up. But no answer is frustrating. Collar broke within hours of use. I had to use a zip tie to fix it. Now it won’t work at all. Don’t buy from here. Very disappointed

Seller never shipped and gave story about a damaged package and said item was broken. Item was a paperback book, so it made no sense. Refund was given, so ultimately no harm, but would be somewhat wary of this seller if I had to deal with them again in the future. Hopefully it was a 1 off situation, but some other feedback suggests otherwise.
