I just received the incubator. This is not the unit that was in the picture. The Serial Number in the picture is 03171541. The one you sent me has SN 03171699. The one you sent me has two cracks in the window, the cap for the fan is loose, the AC connection does not work and overall the unit is very dirty. There was not any paperwork as it says in the promo with it. This is not what I expected.
