    Functionality and convenience

    Most people (I believe) will read reviews about a particular product, before they purchase it. I based my decision on those reviews, and was not disappointed. This product is of good quality and does what it claims. The keyboard and it's key size are just about right, unless you have abnormally large hands, and the backlit feature is a big plus in low light. I'm not sure of how the shock protection, in the event you should drop it would be. It seems to me, the manufacturer could place some indents to make it a little easier to open, as it is a two handed operation. I purchased mine used, and interestingly enough the querty keyboard came with two i's and no y. A little black tape over the key and some whiteout fixed the problem. All in all a good product.....

    Keyboard for the iPad 2

    The keyboard seems well made and the instructions were clear. When sliding the iPad2 into the keyboard, there is little frictions which had me concerned. The keyboard types well and closes nicely. The battery holds up far longer than the iPad anyway so there's no excuse in letting the battery run down since you have to charge the iPad anyway. If you leave the keyboard open its fantastic. The problem comes when closing the keyboard which I do frequently. There is nothing to secure the iPad into the keyboard so it begins to slide out. I don't believe the iPad could come completely out of the keyboard but it makes it difficult to manipulate when attempting to close the keyboard. The Logitech keyboards have a frictions fit which secure the iPad in place so that it can never move.

    Outstanding

    This is a replacement for the original I had for many long years. This one is far superior in that the iPad never tips out, it has a lighted keyboard in many colors, and it will hold a charge much longer. The magnetic case is much inproved and overall it's just outstanding. I wouldn't want to use my iPad without it.

    Just what I was needing!

    Sturdy built, with a touch of elegance. ZAGG was a name brand I knew I could trust, that's why I bought this and I wasn't disappointed. It charges fast and holds the charge, there's no lag time when typing, and the outer shell doesn't slip, it's covered with a good grippy material. I will buy more when I upgrade my device for sure.
