Seller shipped valuable collectible item in an envelope with no protection. Box was smashed and collectible was chipped and then claimed they always ship that way. Wanted me to send back destroyed item at my expense to "inspect" the box and collectible to evaluate if a refund would be issued. Doesn't care about delivered condition of item or inconveniencing a buyer due to their clueless actions of how to sell, pack or provide customer service.

Item was wrapped multiple times in bubble wrap and sent in bubble mailer. Buyer was offered a full refund if they returned the item. At the buyers expense was never discussed as the full refund was offered again, even after being called clueless multiple times and knew negative feedback was coming. I stand behind my customer service and the positive feedback I have received from the many other items people have purchased. Thanks for your feedback it helps to work on any issues they may arise.
