Very strange transaction. Item was received, in new condition, loose in an unmarked cardboard container. Earlier, I received a "your order is shipping" email from eBay with a "Bluecare Express" tracking number which did not track. I found Bluecare online and manually entered the number. Their tracking still shows it in shipment. Product actually arrived yesterday, overnight UPS, from Zappos/Amazon in KY. Loose shoes in a box. The seller appears to be a drop-shipper. Recommendation: avoid him.
