The pants arrived in the wrong size. I contacted the seller for a return label to send them back and he refused. He then said the following "leave a bad review, you don't scare me." I have attached the direct message in the picture section below. My intent was to receive the pants I ordered. I was not looking for money back just for the agreed upon sizes.
I am hoping that eBay will refund me for my purchase as I cannot use what I paid for as they are the wrong size. Please advise.

I ordered the item yesterday. I looked on my credit card website and found out it was charged over 30.00 more than the price for the item. I contacted the vendor this morning and asked why I was overcharged. The response was “ am I your bank? WHAT???? People like this should never be in business on eBay! We all have been overcharged for everything the last few years, which we’re all tired of. It’s called gouging! I bought a product for 56.00 and was charged for 91.00.
