Item took two weeks to arrive, seller's excuse "had to find a really great box". However, expensive vintage ceramic item arrived broke. Packing was minimal and the box was entirely wrong for the item. No care was gone into protecting the piece for me, the buyer. Item also had a couple flaws not disclosed in the description or photos. Would not accept request for a REASONABLE partial refund. Dissapointed with the whole experience...would not trust this seller with anything fragile in the mail...
