Ok I've left this a bit as I haven't been able to get my head around it.I believe this buyer has left this feedback for something he bought from somebody else and thought it was me.Every clock I sell goes to my clockmaker before it goes on ebay or in my shop,it is then left a couple of weeks to make sure its running fine before it goes on sale.There would be no possible reason I would sell a clock in this condition as I know I would get it thrown back at me.Check my feedback regardin packaging
