Despite UPS best efforts to kill the fish (beat up the box until a bag leaked, then repackaged and threw away the heat pack!), I received 3 orders of hearty fish with almost no loss. The super responsive and helpful seller took care of what UPS did manage to kill. I definitely recommend them and will be shopping with them again.

Fish arrived healthy and happy. The only critique I have is that I believe I received a female which means no colorful tail as pictured, but still cute and fun to watch.
