TNN Outdoors: Pro Hunter makes waves in the hunting games category with its use of the Unreal 3D engine. This gave TNN Outdoors: Pro Hunter the ability to break away from the 2D hunting games which featured little more than grainy video with a superimposed target. Although not the first game to use a 3D engine (see Redneck Deer Huntin' which used the Redneck Rampage engine), TNN Outdoors: Pro Hunter useage of the Unreal 3D engine offered the potential for better graphics, sound, and overall quality.<br><br>There are a number of modes available. From tournament mode, practice, to hunting mode, players will hunt a number of game including elk, deer, rabbit, wild turkey, and even have the ability to take a shot at squirrels. <br><br>Multiplayer for 2-4 people is available over a LAN or through heat.net.
