Perfume arrived broken. I asked seller for over a week to issue a refund. I had to throw the broken bottle out and sent a photo of the plastic bag the post office put the remaining glass shards in. No reply from seller, so I opened a return and explained theres nothing to return, and asked for a refund, and seller is demanding I ship product back for a refund. This is ridiculous. Terrible nonexistent customer service. If you have a problem they won't help you.
