This seller seems very dishonest and selfish. If you know you don't have the item or something is wrong with it. Just refund the customer .... !!! Instead they just ignore you messages. I have been trying to communicate with this seller since the 9th today is the 14th and still to answer or reply. They were quick to take your money and provide a tracking number, but never actually dropped the item off for delivery. At this point my refund is just fine with me..... Very SCAMMISH

item was expired by over a year. seller tried to convince me that it was fine and equivalent to a new one, but i have plenty of new ones in stock, and it wasn't at all. after over a week of back and forth, seller offered to refund 50% for both items (i purchased more of the same thing on a seperate listing). I accepted that offer, but did not recieve a refund. I checked in w her on and off for days but after over a week had gone by I had to contact ebay (she ghosted me). ebay refunded me. so idk
