The "Tracking" did not happen after carrier accepted the package... it then required action by me to "locate" the package after the "expected arrival window" was well past...the package arrived late... the "track" is unusable and will require all new ties and scrubbing the rails in order to be of any value to me... someone had attempted repairs with silicon... nogo... the track was listed as '(new") at the end of the second line of the "Listing"...
