came well packaged but the power supply was dead contacted seller he offered a return but i'm not gonna return it for a bad power supply ref clock works fine with new power supply and since i heard nothing else from seller after replying to him not even a 10$ refund offer to cover the new psu what you want me to tell you
what did i learn ? .....very unresponsive and you pretty much out on your own

I ordered this item and it did take a few weeks to arrive. The packaging was great and secure. The item arrived not working and I contacted the seller to let them know this and they responded back to me immediately and made it right and refunded the money. They offered to send me out a refund or another part.
