The Stetson Cowboy Hat was in perfect condition except for the cigarette smell. I will try to see if I can somehow get the smell out. This seller does not answer any questions no matter how many times you ask. This seller also dragged their feet shipping the item. Took a whole day to get packing slip and to more days to get package actually shipped.. Price for the item was a little high because of the cigarette smell but I can deal with that .. I couldn't believe they would not communicate. Sad
