Very positive experience with this seller. The item is brand new and arrived in its original factory packaging. However, while trying to use it for the first time this weekend, the heating coils were broken. I contacted the seller and asked if he would like a video and/or returned. He said he didn’t need either and promptly refunded my money. He was very apologetic as was I. This was NO FAULT OF the seller! I wish it would have worked out differently. Thank you, mars143 for your understanding!
