No problems with the item, packaging or shipping speed. The issue is the shipping method. The listing states(see attached pic) ships via USPS. I always check this as I DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS with FedEx. Long story short, I had to burn 3 days of vacation to be here to sign for the package because delivery time was noon on a workday. The driver didn't even bother to stop the first 2 days. 3 days of total stress and BS! You should ship via the method in the listing, it's part of the contract.

We shipped the item FedEx as it was the ONLY shipping option that allowed enough insurance coverage for the high priced item. Shipping methods on listing do NOT always mean that is how something will be shipped. Even if the item was shipped USPS, you would have HAD to sign and show ID for this shipment. Either way, someone would have to be available to accept the delivery. I'm sorry you felt the need to leave an unnecessary negative feedback without even discussing anything with us first.

You are incorrect. You, the seller, do not get to change the listed shipping method based on criteria not in the listing. It says on my order summary "USPS ground chosen by the buyer." Send via USPS, period.
As far as unnecessary negative feedback, what part of hours and hours wasted over 3 days seems unnecessary to you? What would contacting you about it solve? Here's a chance to do it correctly from now on. Feel free to respond, just gives me a chance to expand even more...
